The tenant must give the landlord at least 60 days notice. Also, the termination date must be the last day of the rental period or the last day of the fixed term tenancy. N9 RTA (landlordforms.ca). Once you fill out the N9 form, please submit to your property manager. Contact your property manager if you have any questions.
