Of course, we'd love to have you stay! N1 forms are delivered 90 days before your lease anniversary date. The N1 provides the option to renew for another fixed term and take advantage of any renewal offers available at that time.

Tenant insurance protects all residents in the suite in the event of an emergency. It is required for the duration of your tenancy.

Rent is due on the first day of each month per your lease agreement.

Residents are welcome to personalize their suite to make it feel like home. Any changes must be returned to their original condition before move-out. Any alterations beyond painting, hanging, or mounting must be approved by your Property Manager.

Residents must provide 60 days' written notice before the end of their lease term. If you're on a month-to-month tenancy, 60 days' notice may be given at any time. The notice period must begin on the first day of a month and end on the last day of the following month. Notice may be submitted by completing an N9 form, then forwarding it to your property manager or placing a copy in your building's staff mailbox.
