How long is the lease?

Leases are typically for 12 months and after that (unless a new lease is signed), tenants automatically are considered to be ‘month-to-month’–meaning that you don’t generally need to commit for another 12 months.

Do I need to give deposit?

Yes, First and Last month's rent deposit is required. 

How do I schedule a viewing?

Phone call or an email inquiry. One of our team members will be in touch with you to book a viewing. 

How do I apply?

One of our team member will reach out to you directly  or when you visit for viewing one of our staff will give you an application form.

Are Utilities Included In the Rent?

All our properties may vary. Please contact one of our team members.

Do I need tenant's insurance?

Yes, before you move in, we will need to receive a copy of your tenants insurance. 

When is the rent due?

The rent is due on or before the 1st of every month. 

Can I paint or put up pictures?

Yes, you may personalize your home to your liking. *** Don't forget to bring it back to its original state before you move out or we will back charge for painted walls, or any damages.*** If you have any questions please contact your Property Manager. 

I need to move out, what do I do?

The tenant must give the landlord at least 60 days notice. Also, the termination date must be the last day of the rental period or the last day of the fixed term tenancy. N9 RTA (landlordforms.ca). Once you fill out the N9 form, please submit to your property manager. Contact your property manager if you have any questions.
